Taree Motorcycle Club is a family friendly dirt track racing club catering for racers young and old. We welcome all motorcycle enthusiasts to the club, competitors, spectators and those that would like to get involved with our club as a volunteer or official.
Taree Motorcycle Club and track have a long and proud history. We are well known to dirt track racing enthusiasts who have competed at the track for almost 60 years and also by the local community who have been entertained over the decades by the various race meetings.
Our aim is to secure a strong club by consolidating its present position as well as expanding and building to ensure the club and the track remain viable for the future.
The Club has hosted Australian Championship events and these days is best known for the iconic Troy Bayliss Classic held in January each year.
The Club normally meets on the first Sunday of the month to race or practice. There are also other opportunities to ride at the club throughout the year so check out our race calendar for more details.
We have two tracks, each about 500m long. The dirt surface is oiled and rolled flat to produce a fast and consistent racing surface. Motocross style bikes with road bike tyres are best suited to the unique track surface.
If you would like to race at Taree Motorcycle Club, get involved with the running of the club or just come and watch some spectacular motorcycle racing please feel free to get in contact with us.
